How are you handling Covid 19 restrictions?
Currently we are only open Friday - Sunday. All patrons must be seated at a table and remain seated during your stay unless you are using the rest room. No bartender will be staffed. All drinks will be served by your server along with your food order. All patrons must order their food at the same time of their initial drink order Reservations are recommended due to our limited capacity otherwise seating is available on a first come first serve basis. Masks are mandatory and must be worn upon entering, leaving and going to and from the restroom. No dancing is allowed. No standing at your table or another guests table is allowed. Rec Room is located at 79 W. Chippewa Street in-between Delaware Ave and Franklin Street.

Saturday Late Night: DJ 8:00pm -10:00pm
Sunday Funday Brunchday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Where can I purchase tickets for upcoming events?
Currently we are now allowed to sell tickets to events. When we are allowed to resume, Tickets for all shows are available online at ticketweb.com.
To save on service fee’s you can purchase tickets at our low service fee outlet located at 630 Elmwood, open Monday - Friday 10:30am - 5:30pm.
Cant make the drive? Purchase your tickets over the phone by calling 716.893.2900 and your tickets will be left for you to pick up at will call the night of the show.

There are multiple paid parking lots within 1 block of the club. Please note there is no Free parking lot parking. All surrounding lots require payment no matter the time of the day.
Do I need ID to enter the club?
You will need valid government issued ID or valid Sovereign Seneca nation issued ID for admittance. If you do not have either form of ID please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss other forms of acceptable ID.
Are all events All Ages?
Most of our concerts are all ages meaning 16+ is admitted w. ID. If you are under 16 you must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
Our Friday and Saturday late night events (10pm+) are all strictly 21+. Please look at the description listed under each event on our website for that nights specific age restrictions.
Do you have a Dress Code?
Sunday - Friday + Concert Events
Wear whatever you like, hats, hoodies, sneakers, etc. Come comfortable! Profane, vulgar, discriminatory attire will not be tolerated at anytime.
Saturdays, Holiday nights + Special Events
We Get Dressed Up! On these nights we ask all patrons to wear their “Sunday’s Best” - meaning Caps Must Be Facing Forward, No Hoodies, No Work Boots, No Basketball Sneakers, No Hi Tops, No Timberlands, No Flip Flops, No Sweats, etc. Nothing trashy. These are the nights to Dress to impress!
Can I rent out your club?
We would love to host your companies holiday party, a wedding or baby shower, fundraiser, etc. For room rental rates and hospitality packages please email us email@example.com. Unfortunately we do not rent the room to outside promoters.
Can I reserve a table?
For certain events and our Friday and Saturday late nights we do offer table reservations. If you are interested in reserving a table for your group please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
First & Last name, Date of Party, Number of people in group and what the occasion is.
FYI: Fridays we do Live Band Karaoke, Saturdays we have a DJ. Please allow us 48 hours to reply to your request.
How can my band play your club?

Do you serve food?
We currently offer full service dining every Friday - Sunday with many Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options. To make a reservation email us at Reservations@RecRoomBuffalo.com
Do you serve Alcohol?
Yes, we carry a wide variety of local, domestic and imported beers as well as a wide variety of spirits for patrons who are 21+. We also offer a variety of non alcoholic beverages. Food must be ordered if your ordering alcohol.
Are you handicap accessible?
We are handicapped accessible. If you have any special needs or requests for an upcoming event please email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer seating?
COVID 19 - All patrons must remain seated when inside our patio or building. Masks must be worn everytime you go to the restroom and are coming/going.
Does your venue offer Re-Entry?
On ticketed concerts or special events, we do not offer re-entry. Non ticketed events you may come and go as you please. We do have a smoking patio upstairs.
Do you have Coat Check?
Yes - we do have complimentary Coat Check available from October - March.

Currently our ATM is out of service.
Do you have a lost and found?
We do! If you think you left something at the club (License, Credit Card, Purse, Jackets, etc) email us at info@RecRoomBuffalo.com or text us at 716.939.1279. Please note - we dont hold regular day time hours so email or text is the best way to get a hold of us.
I bought Will Call tickets, when can I pick them up?
Will Call tickets may be picked up the night of the show once doors open. There is one line for all ticket holders and will call. Please bring ID
